Nobel´s blasting bunkers at Vinterviken, Stockholm

My work is near Nobel's blasting bunkers at Vinterviken. And I just love the historic doors at this place and the perfect place to take a self-portrait.

POP & WIN - Polaroid Now

Pingles have now a competition that I found today "POP & WIN". I want to win but the film is so expensive for this camera.

Polaroid Now i‑Type Instant Camera

Point, shoot, and keep: it’s that simple with the Polaroid Now. This series is an evolution of the original Polaroid OneStep cameras from the ‘70s that made photography effortless for everyone. The Now takes that simplicity and adds greater creative control, clean design, and vibrant color to make it more than a moment maker — but a life accessory.

Autofocus 2‑lens system
In other words: sharper photos, easily. The Polaroid Now decides which lens is suitable, so you get beautiful portraits in more places, more often — even without the flash.

Built‑in double exposure
Get two frames in the one Polaroid photograph. Dreamy, artistic, and ready to add some drama to your photography.

Works with: i-Type & 600 film.

Kodak Summer Competition!

'The Finest' Competition.

Analogue Wonderland are running a competition from 27th July until the 31st of August - asking you to share your best photos taken on Kodak Ektar! The theme is: 'The Finest' and is open to interpretation.

Maybe you use the very fine grain of the film to capture incredible detail and colour; maybe you capture the finest things in your life; or something else entirely!

We only ask that the photo was taken on Kodak Ektar - 35mm, 120, large format or some personal adaptation - and that you own the rights to the image.

I find one roll in my fridge so tomorrow I will shoot a film and join this competition.

Swedish Film Institute

This door is on the film institute in Stockholm # Beautiful Door Nr: 7

Swedish Film Institute – we promote film. A remit from the Swedish state and film industry
The Film Institute was founded in 1963 by the Swedish state and the various professional bodies of the film industry. Its remit – to support the production of new films, the distribution and screening of worthwhile films, to preserve and promote Sweden's film heritage and to represent Swedish film at an international level.

I applied for their school a long time ago. I dreamed of becoming a film photographer. But that was not for me. I still love this building.

Film swapping for multiple exposures - Magic!

I could not sleep the other night so end up at youtube with a cup of tea at 2am and fever. Find the best clip and got so happy. Why have I not heard aboute this before? "Film Swapping" for multiple exposures and wow - that is so magic!

Its extra special to swap films now when you are not going to travel 2020. I will load my Nikon F2 with film from Lomography - Lady Grey.

Hope I can join this "A roll for a roll".
You send an exposed roll of a film to a random person, and we'll have someone else send you a roll, for you to double expose, process and keep.

Sounds good? Leave your email address and we'll let you know when we're letting more people in.
