Hasselblad 500 C/M Manual

This weekend I will get to know the C/M. I just printed the manual yesterday so I have something to play with and start to test shoot. So next week can start to hunt again for my 6x6 project.

Joel-Peter Witkin American 1939- . The master of the macabre, Witkin’s still life tableaux are some of the most shocking photographic images ever created. 

This morning was the firts time I saw a image of Joel-Peter and do not know how I could have missed his work. Beautiful and scary at the same time and a lot of death. You have to google yourself.

I need to get to know my new camera a bit better. The other day when I was out in the dark I had problems finding the correct settings. When you have a camera you should never even been thinking about anything else than the subject that you are shooting. 

So tonight I will read the manual in bed and tomorrow I will go on a hunt with my camera.

This weeks theme is "Light" and today I played with double exposures. But it was cold today so had to go home to a hot bath. I will do more double exposures with city light and this time with my tripod.

Box of Magic - Hasselblad 500 C/M

This week I got the box of magic - The Hasselblad 500 C/M 

Anniversary 500 Classic 1941 -1991. You should hear the sound of this camera. It´s the best and I fall in love.. Now I just have to test shoot and see the world in a twisted way.

What do you have in your fridge?

What do you have in your fridge? I had 27 rolls of film that I need to use soon. Some have expired but it's ok. All I need is to find something to shoot with my camera.

Hasselblad 6x6

 

New notebook for my Hasselblad 6x6 project. Hope I can pick up the Hasselblad camera this weekend and start shoot next week.

It will be fun to take photos with square 6x6 format. Portraits both in color and black & white.

52 Weeks Photography Challenge 2021 - Sunset

 

Week 5- Sunset

We started this challenge with sunrise, now let’s photograph sunset. Sunrise and sunset are 2 different times of day, with different feels. How are you going to showcase sunset?

I´m working so it´s not easy to do a sunset pic when the sun in Sweden go down at 16:00. Luckely I got the worst kind of meeting yesterday and I could go home early. In Sweden this time of year in the winter the sun can be gone for weeks. This is all I got..

I will make a new try today and the weather report say sunny afternoon.
