"OLLE'S CAMERA" (Holga) and music with Reeperbahn

"OLLE'S CAMERA" 6/10- 4/11

With the camera in his hand, Olle Ljungström got a new way of expressing towards the end of his life.
But checking aperture, shutter speed and color balance was not his method. His photography was ruled by chance.
He came across a "Holga", a Chinese mid-size camera loaded with traditional film. The camera had its technical shortcomings, but Olle Ljungström appreciated it.
"A simple mackerel," he said.
The camera demanded that he pulled the film by hand after exposure, or he could choose to be left - or perhaps forget to do it - creating duplicate exposures that would become a kind of signum for his photo.
Olle switched between black and white film and color film and sometimes he also used film that passed the best-before date. He would like to be surprised by the end result. The pictures from his camera are blurred, but instead have clarity in the essence of what he wanted to convey, as was the case in his music.

R.I.P

I missed this show in June so I'm really happy that Galleri Kontrast will show it again - Thanks!
