I don't know why I just love all the junk cameras. If Lomo created a digital camera, it would probably be a bit like this Kodak Charmera. Photography should just be fun and they are so cute. 1,6 MP ❤

Lots of rain the last two weeks and we've only had 30 minutes of sun all December in Stockholm. Luckily, December is all about Christmas lights for me and the more the merrier. Good the neighbors go all in.
I only have one book by Martin Parr, "Life's a Beach". I love this colorful book and I'll try to see if they have any other of his books to borrow at the library tomorrow.
Don't miss the tribute below to the great British documentary photographer Martin Parr that passed away last sunday.
GLOW, the lunar phases around the Earth are portrayed in a way that allows the audience to play with, control, and interact with the moon's light and movements. Inspired by the moon as a nocturnal guiding star, the work embodies its timeless allure.
I'll be back again with more analog photography in 2026. I have just borrowed two Nikon FM2n from my brother Peter. This camera was procused by Nippon Kogaku K.K. in Tokyo in Japan during the years 1982-2021. And I got lots of lenses. 3x 50mm, 2x 35mm and one 105mm.
The black one will always be loaded with black & white and the silver with color film. I have a bad habit of forgetting what film I have in my cameras.
I've only had the Nikon F2 and Nikon FE2 before, so it's time for some YouTube help to see what the difference is. All I know is that the FM2 has the same multi-exposure feature as the FE2, so I love that and will use it for a project.

In a Heartbeat bears witness to humanity’s ability to unite and make a change together. Voices from different parts of the world come together in a chorus that speaks of our interdependence.
I have been given the opportunity to take 18 Fridays off from work. So what could be better than having a day of my own for photography? I have a new project in mind but I will start that Jan 2026 and then we have the eternal project of having to create a website.

Today I got a library card at the Cultural Library because they have a large section with photo books. I'm going to start borrowing a few books a week. Today I only borrowed one because I didn't have a bag. Best of all, it's free ❤
Culture Library is a library for fiction, music, film, art and cartoons. Here you can borrow everything from novels to vinyl records, sheet music and lots of music CDs and DVDs. We are part of Stockholm City Library.
We are located in central Stockholm at Sergels torg.
Silent demonstration for Sweden. The demonstration is peaceful, non-political and non-religious. I still don't really understand what the demonstration was all about.
If you can't afford film, you can play this photo game. Pick an ISO setting on your camera and take 24/36 exposures and don't look at them until you get home and do a contact sheet in photoshop or lightroom.
I chose ISO 3200, 24 frames and looked only in the viewfinder. This is also an exercise in slowing down and not coming home with hundreds of pictures.. Next time we will test 36 exposures when it's still light outside.
