Todays book - The great LIFE Photographers
I often read or hear do not buy new equipment - buy a photo book instead. Inflation in Sweden and the whole world is crazy right now so I say sell what you do not use and go to the library and borrow photo books like I did today.
The great LIFE Photographers - It was today's book from the library. This book have the most iconic images so I really recommend it and got to think of the movie I did not like the first time I saw it but I have changed up my mind ❤

Image control - Retro
Testing the image control "retro" on my GRIIIx to see if this could be used for my project and the result is, no way. So strange colors and maby cool to take pictures of old cars but not for portrait. Tomorrow I will test an other filter.

Jean Pierre Jeunet
I was so embarrassed but he was so kind and took his time and we went out on a balcony when it was bright sun and I could take some quick pictures and talk on my own. That's true kindness. I love the movie Amélie and Delicatessen and I have good memories from a fantastic director.
I used a Kodak T-Max P3200 and to use that in sunshine? total blackout.

Look for the beauty in everything
I watched "The Photographic Eye" which always gives me inspiration and I got reminded again to look for the beauty in everything and that nobody cares about your photography and that is so true.
I just bought a new expensive 5 pack of Fujifilm PRO400H film for portraits and just realised that this can wait until I have more time (time is also money).
Love to shoot with my GR IIIx. Especially with image control "Hard Monotone" but I wanted to use Hasselblad to take color pics for my new project. Why am I not trying to photograph another image control on my GR? Keep it simple and focus on the subject and not the camera. This week I want to test "Retro" mood and "Positive Film" for portraits.
